I think you're the only person I've seen not loving the hell out of One Piece. I bounced hard off the manga and avoided any anime, and only watched the live action because my husband was interested. I liked it but have no real stake in it.
Happens, I’m one of the weirder guys around. I think reading it (great comic) robbed it of novelty. The execution’s not there for me—it’s a fantasy-action show where the world and action feel wooden. And the acting is…unfortunate.
