As a man with 42-year-old knees, I might advise you against running. Biking, yes. Swimming, yes. Running -- and its close friend knee surgery -- not so much.

At first, their giving you an industrial saw on a stick felt like silly overindulgence. When you've buried it in the lava-bleeding hide of a wendigo, it feels more like "Yes. I always knew Bruce Campbell was right."
