I think most anyone who is stuck in the SM loop of responding to every random bit of nonsense with a like or a yeah but is a case-study in becoming ever more erratic. I'm afraid that means "how many of us" is large.
Spent part of my career adjacent to food -- it is about as unsustainable as it gets. My silly remark about belts & Oreos is mostly for folks who assume because I eat a PBD, I am a vegan. Not sure people know the difference generally.
